School-Issued Equipment

Laptops

PA Virtual provides each student with a laptop. This laptop is the property of PA Virtual and must be returned when the student leaves our school.

If there are any problems with the school-issued laptop, please call the Student Helpline. A ticket will be created and support to troubleshoot the issue will be provided.

If the laptop is defective, PA Virtual will provide email instructions to return the defective device back to our Fulfillment Center in King of Prussia, PA. A UPS Return Label will be provided to ship the device back for a replacement. The defective laptop must be returned before a replacement will be shipped.

If your student is withdrawing or Graduating, a ticket will be created and PA Virtual will provide instructions and a UPS Return Label to ship the device back to our Fulfillment Center in King of Prussia, PA.

DO NOT ship the laptop back with K12 books & materials. These items are to be shipped back to their center in Elizabethtown, KY. You can request return labels from them here: KI12 Support

Contact your Family Support Coordinator if your student will be unable to attend classess during this transition period.


Printers

PA Virtual provides each student with a printer. The printer does not need to be returned if it is defective or the student leaves our school.

You can recycle the printer at your local Staples or Best Buy.

If there are any problems with the printer, please call the Student Helpline.

PA Virtual provides ink for all school-issued printers to each active student. Find more information about our Ink Program.


Headsets

PA Virtual provides each student with a headset. The headset is considered a consumable item and does not need to be returned when the student leaves our school.
